About Lucie
My journey began in 2015 when I met my twin flame. This deep connection ignited an awakening in me, coming to the most transformative period in 2019. That year was the most challenging phase of my life, as I experienced separation from my twin flame and went through a dark night of the soul.
During this difficult time, there was no other way than to face my shadows—parts of myself I had been running from. Embracing my shadow became a crucial step in my healing process. I also complemented this inner work with Pranic Healing and other therapeutic modalities, which greatly supported my growth and recovery.
In 2023, I started coaching others, discovering how much I enjoy guiding people on their own journey to reach their dreams. Previously, I organized meditation events for groups, which inspired me to merge my passions into a unique approach: a 5D coaching business that combines spirituality and life coaching.
I also hold six certificates in Pranic Healing, which deepened my understanding of energy work. However, I have realized my true purpose is not to rescue others from their misery but to help them awaken and stand confidently in their integrity, so they can primarily help themselves with all they hold within.
