Vibrate Higher: How Your Energy Levels Influence What You See and Feel

It might sound like a cliché, but today I want to talk about frequency and how it affects our perception of the world. 


When we allow others—or even our own negative thoughts—to dictate our state of being, our mood can drop suddenly without us even realizing why. We often accept this as a natural part of life. But it doesn’t have to be that way. By staying true to our integrity and setting clear boundaries, we can avoid being overly affected. The real problem arises when we believe what others say about us—especially if it's negative. Another challenge is when we attach ourselves to negative thoughts, allowing them to drain our energy by clinging to them repeatedly. 


Cultivating mindfulness helps us recognize that thoughts are just thoughts. We can observe them without getting caught up by them. Notice the thought, understand the message it carries, then let it go. Release it and move on. 


The same principle applies when someone says something rude or hurtful. We can choose to see it as feedback and let it go, or we can dismiss it by saying, “I don’t trust this; it’s not my reality.”


So, what happens when we’re in a low vibe? We tend to see, hear, sense, and even speak negatively. We might perceive the world as entirely negative—forgetting the positivity around us. We complain about our lives and the people around us. In worst cases, we gossip behind others’ backs instead of speaking to the person directly. Sometimes, we even slip into paranoia or psychosis, feeling as if the whole world is against us. I’ve been there, and I understand how it feels. But this state only means we are in a low vibration or frequency. It’s never truly about the world or others; rather, it’s about our inner state. Often, the root cause is our own creation—improper boundaries, negative thinking, or a low frequency. 


When we consciously choose to shift our mindset, everything begins to change. We start sensing, seeing, and even speaking positively. The world transforms into a beautiful place—we notice little things—our neighbours become kind, messages from loved ones bring joy, and we feel grateful for our home. These shifts often happen  once we focus on raising our vibration, whether through working on ourselves or engaging in activities we love. It’s a gradual process: think positive thoughts, feel positive emotions, do what brings you happiness, and gradually raise your frequency. 


Sometimes, it’s also necessary to face our inner demons—those fears or unresolved issues that have been haunting us. Sit quietly, without distraction, and confront them. You can transform these shadows into higher light, turning them into gifts and talents. 


The key is to remember that we are creators of our reality. We have the power to choose the vibration from which we operate. By consciously working on raising our frequency, we can shape our perception and experience of life. Choose to live on a high frequency—live a conscious life 😊
